Has some how gotten my information from the internet and has called me at work and threatened to see me in court if I don't pay $786.00 in one hour.!
He (davey Jones) (indian accent) said I have a legal complaint by the state. And if I dont set up0 payment arrangments today for $286.00 he will see me in court.
I asked him to please send me some information about the company who is suing me and to please tell me who it is that is requesting my money. He got very rude and loud and stated he worked for over 40 PayDay loan companies and he didnt know which one is sueing me. Then he says "I will see you in court!"
Ok so I will never give money over the phone to someone who cant even tell me who the crap needs my money!
I hate scams and payday loans also! They are never willing to negotiate.
