Unauthorized ACH EFT drafts predator pirates FTC suit get your money back!

Anyone having unauthorized ACH/EFT drafts from Household Protection Plus need to talk to Jerry Sarvadi at 904-223-2140 who is on staff at First Lenders Insurance Services. HPP is evidently a "benefits plan" sold by First Lenders Insurance Services. You won't even get any promise of restitution from calling the HPP 1-800-615-6140.

Had it not been for the RIPOFF Report, I never would have been able to track down the fact the HPP was in fact connected with First Lenders.

Drafts for HPP appeared on my bank statement at the same time drafts for ePhone and Phone Check 123 began appearing. When I spoke to Jerry Sarvadi & asked who the telemarketing firm was from which they procured their billing information, he was forthcoming enough to reveal that Assail, Inc. Was the culprit. And offered a full refund of $99.00

See FTC vs. Assail, Inc. At: www.robbevans.com and click on the Assail case to read details on how you were duped. Class Action suit is pending and you can keep up with it at this website.

If you have HPP and are happy with it, fine. But if you have unauthorized drafts please contact First Lenders. I haven't gotten the check yet, but that was only 2 few days ago that he said he would send it. I will keep this posting updated.
