Karl krebs and christopher feldman - global con artists. Be careful. Lima peru

Dear Friends,
Please, if you are reading these words, and you have been contacted by this company - www.idc-corporation.com

Run and run very fast in the opposite direction.

The main guy that we met that was running this scam at the time was going by the name of Christopher Feldman - Head Of Investments. We are positive that this is not even his real name - so be careful. He works out of Lima Peru in South America. His known business associates include a man by the name of Karl Krebs, Alister Tsai and Kurt Wahl. They are familiar with all parts of the United States and most parts of the entire globe and therefore they are able to blend in anywhere - very well. You are dealing with some real professional con artists.

They work in small groups globally and claim to offer to anyone that will listen... Project financing on anything from real estate, to private sectors of industry to loans on hotels — Just about everything. There "claim to fame" is that they do not charge fees - but instead they perform joint venture agreements with clients into what they call a legal special purpose vehicle or entity. Otherwise known as an "SPV". Here in the states this kind of financing is also disguised somewhat and VERY similar to that of the IPO offerings with the SEC and over the counter.

They offer to split the legal set up of this financing vehicle with your client in order to "get the ball rolling" thus making the client feel responsible to show they are serious about making application. This normally amounts to $15,000 to 30,000 in shared upfront expenses.in return for this, the clients are promised funds and a corporate bond of sorts in order to acheive a creative type of financing vehicle. They use fancy agreements, invoices etc etc. They do this with absolutely no intent to fund whatsoever.

They are so good - that it is worth mentioning the fact that the overall financing that they propose sounds VERY VERY REAL. You will want to believe what you are hearing. They are able to produce past and current clients. They can even produce corporate payment drafts and bank guarantees of the sort. At some point during the process - They may even hire you or the client on as an employee giving you the false impression that they plan on making it a long term relationship. Employee contracts with comission plans, bonuses and salaries are even discussed. You may even receive access to there website, a cell phone and requests to travel in order to meet them at some future date... Which will never happen.

I could go on and on about this. Like I said - Run if any of this sounds familiar. Follow this link and you can find company documents that they have filed with the companies house in the UK. Keep in mind - this is only one filing for one of there offices. We are sure that many many other exists. However - if this can help - here you go:

One more thing - It's important to note that every US Dollar is normally anywhere from 3 to 13 times that in value when compared to those dollars in Mexico, Peru and other parts of the world. So remember - if, for instance, there Mexico office were able to get a mere $20,000.00 from you or your US client - You've bascially just put $260,000.00 in there bank accounts overnight. Over half a million dollars.

Add up the numbers - and the CON IS CRYSTAL CLEAR.

Thank you
