When i would make payments of 450 it would be applied to escrow not p and i. Making me behind on payments. House is due for forclosure sale in March if I caint get it stopped. I have a lawsuit filed, but with currant market conditions am thinking of letting them have it. I have tried for a year to work sompthing out with ocwen. If you can ever get someone they can barly speak english. I worked out a loan modification with Ocwen but it is nothing I can agree on They want to cut off the lawsuits when you agree on the modification. The modification also increased principal about 10,000 dollers. No thanks
