CAPNET sends through the mail a leasing approval in the amount of $100,000. Along with that is a PREMIER GOLD credit card and "enjoy 0.0% or no payments for 90 days". To a small business owner the plan sounded very attractive and I started working with them.
Down the line they asked for FIRST AND LAST of $319.86. After reviewing their 5-page contract, I realized that it was NOT a good deal for me and did not sign the lease. And since there was no lease, there should be no FIRST AND LAST lease payment. I asked for my money back.
It turns out that they were packaging leases and selling them to banks around the country! They claim that they did work to make that happen and were keeping my FIRST AND LAST money as payment.
