Do not use this company! Customer Service is ridicuoulous, The Risk Department Director Laura, the Risk Manager Andrea, Risk associate Gabriel are all untruthful and will say anything to get you off the phone and tell you what you want to hear. If you call this department they will NEVER call you back. They held an excesseive amount of funds, do not notify you you, tell you that you have to anwer some bank questionaire to get the funds back, and then will not answer the phone when you do not receive the funds, and will not work with you to get the funds back.
They threatened to TMF the company account if I kept asking questions regarding our company funds. They are basically all inept, unprofessional, liars! Stay away from this company at all costs!
