I used this service once and authorized payment of. 99$ on my credit card which they deducted. Then they charged my visa card $19.95 out this month without my authorization. I want to be refunded this amount ASAP and ensure they close use of my visa card. I have not been able to get them on the phone - waiting 20 minutes! I have sent them emails. Thank you.
