The Farragut group sent me a preapproved offer to save money on my car payment. Lower payments, doesn't matter how your credit is. I have VIP status, approved by the BBB (which really isn't I checked into it before I did it) I wanted to see what happened. Almost 2 weeks later they sent me a rejection letter because of excessive loan to value ratio. The next day I recieved another mailer from them that I was preapproved, VIP status again.
It is for sure these people have not a clue what they are doing.in the process alot of people are getting their hopes up and giving out alot of personal information. Maybe it's a scam to get personal information and sell it, you never know. So I would not fill out any thing for these people you don't know where your info is going and you don't get refinanced. Plus the BBB has another symbol on the letters to make it authintic.
