I know of a gang of white collar criminals and liars who do business ripping off people, especially the elderly, who feign legit fronts of operation here in Pahrump and in Vegas! Sandy and Vincent Tucker are the owners of Sandi's Bookkeeping Service AKA Acme Feed Store on West Street in Pahrump.
DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! These people only do business dirty and will abuse their privilages of access to your confidential info!
One of their favorite schemes out of the many, many, schemes that they like to use is to "offer" accounting and bookkeeping services to their clients before calling out their big guns pretending to to be bookkeepers and then try to gain control of their clients assets through their crooked and phony "employees" who are really just another part of the ring and who work in an insurance agency back in Vegas.
The Tuckers often work with this outfit called Robinson, Clark, and Livingston Inc.in Las Vegas located in a shopping center at the NW corner of Las Vegas Bl. And Lamb Av.
Alan Clark is a phony "insurance agent" who works with the Tuckers and his sidekick Lyode Robinson at the agency. These expert crooks supposedly "own" the "business" and represent Conseco Inc., the big insurance firm out of Carmel, Indiana.
The owner of the agency is supposedly one Mr. Livingston who has no filing with the city of Vegas in order to operate his business. Clark and Robinson both are involved in selling independent insurance products and phony securities and they do it without a license, without a permit, or any sort of state certificate of any kind!
The ring includes their own "title officers" and "loan specialists" working out of otherwise seemingly honest and real businesses in southern Nevada and these crooked elements in these companies are working in these places using every magic scheme you can think of in order to rip people off, and sometimes for substantial amounts of money adding up to sometimes six figures when it comes to the elderly! This scum hides behind their "legitimacy" through their paperwork they collect from their clients. They often use powers-of-attorney in order to draw out their clients money from accounts once that money has been transferred from their clients old fund companies and is deposited into new accounts with Conseco.
They take advantage of grieving widows, widowers, and children as financial predotors who prey on their clients and leech off their clients funds! The Tuckers regularly report their clients gross income as "profit" to the IRS and various Nevada taxing authorities involved with business. This scum also includes other crooks such as Keith Bastion a crooked loan officer out of one company out of Las Vegas called Lawyers Title. Once Alan Clark and Lyode Robinson have a hold of their clients money, they "loan" their clients money by using their clients own money that Clark and Robinson just got their filthy hands on! They have at least one lawsuit and have been investigated by the State of Nevada for their at least "questionable" business practices. Scum like this MUST BE STOPPED!!!
