Lost $4300.00 and no communication

I've sent emails to [email protected] (Michelle Odyssey),
and [email protected] (Lei-Lani Wade) and to [email protected] (Tracy Ballard) and gotten no response. I've sent a registered letter with the Michelle Odyssey interview with Tracy Ballard saying she would remove all derogatories and requesting a refund and again got no response. Now the fax number is no longer in service. It looks like the website may be coming down. I paid $4300 for a service I never received and I can't get hold of anyone. Their number just goes to a mailbox.

I would like to know if anyone knows of a class action lawsuit against this company and any of it's promoters. Thanks, Beverly
