Takeing money with out asking

I had been on the web buying mortgage among the internet rests i login to attempted to get 150.00 bucks out-of my take into account appiction charge after I had cancled, the appiction did not not claim something about speaking money out before them providing me the mortgage and there is no money in my own bill therefore my lender delivered it back and billed me 35.00 dollors and that I would really like my money back however they won't returne my income. All i what's the 35.00 dollors back
