Central Credit Services, The company keeps calling my number to collect a debt from someone I don't know

I keep getting calls from this company trying to collect a debt from someone I don't know. I've been assured 3 separate times my number has been removed. The people are rude and overbearing. I'm getting really tired of this. They're tying up my business phone line. I just got off the phone with a manager named Steve, in St. Louis, MO. He assured me again that my number has been removed. We'll see.
