Ok back in 2006 I joined this company to settle my credit card debts and th agreement was to stop paying my credit cards and pay them and they would settle. The contract was for 2 yrs at 175.00 a month 4,200 all together and 2,600 was suppose to go to a set aside account to pay the credit cards, after paying them everything I was suppose to they would not settle my accounts of made any attemt to. I tried just to cut my losses and just get the set aside amount back that way I could settle with the credit cards myself but after calling for a year and getting the run around the still haven't sent anything to me and now when I call the say there going out of buisness. They have given me different numbers to call and still you leave messages with no return calls, I will end up having to get a lawyer to try to get aleast some of my money back. This place was suppose to help not make matters worse I hope something gets done about it, I'm sure I'm not the only one. These people are under contract and I do have a copy also Thank you
