Before the old iKobo went out of business, I sent many internet money transfers without a problem. Luckily I did not have a problem with losing funds while the company was out of business. However, a new iKbobo company has opened. I sent an internet money transfer on December 19 and nearly a month later the iKobo card was never mailed to the Recipient. I managed to contact Customer Service in early January, and they promised that the problem would be correct in 1-3 days. However, an iKobo card was never shipped. To top it off, currently Customer Service is not available.
