For any one that is thinking of investing with mri please stop now before it is too late, you will definitely be left with no money and your dreams shattered that is the only 100% thing that is guaranteed from mri & legal-independence (so called independent Lawyer)
We went on a viewing trip booked by mri in june to Bulgaria, sunny beach.
Our intentions was go go out and have a look at some holiday homes for our family to use, we had remortgaged & wanted to put the money to towards are future, we intended to buy one apartment out right so we didn't have any payments to worry about, that was not the case,
we meet with the sales man, that really liked to talk he was totally draining use, he then introduced use to another sale team (ie the bosses of the company) that just took over we told them what we wanted out of the trip but they had other ideas said we would be stupid to buy out right that we need to invest in off plan developments, they are very pushy.
The 1st sales man took use on a tour of sunny beach we were very pleased with all that we had seen, then directly to an off plan development. It was so warm and we never once stop for refreshments, this sale man kept binging on and on by this stage of the day i would have agreed to anything just for him to leave use along.
Long story short. We agreed to by 2 apartment, off plan, with minimum deposit acting on the sale team advise we use the money to pay for the 2 deposits and 2 furnish packages, and to mortgage the rest of the funds within 20 Min's of the agreement we had meet our so called legal independence lawyer and had signed our life away, i was as quick as that.
18month later after still no mortgage the people that was dealing with it was capital financial partners they told use lie after lie, the independence lawyer was no help what so ever as they are all working for mri. We ended up running out of time and mri said we are not getting a penny back. It was a scam from the very start, they STOLE 45.000 OF USE, and our dreams are shattered, please any one that has lost money with this company we cant let them get away with it. We have to stop these thieves now.
