Have experienced an individual mortgage with money one for 60 months, the ultimate cost was due 1/3/09, I called their auto telephone to see what the status of my account was, it did not match my records, so I called their customer service line and wow, what a mess, first of all no one I talked to could speak english, I had had my payment automaticly deducted from my bank for 59 months, no problems, I asked why my last payment was not taken from my bank and I was told I had to mail the final payment in as a notice have been delivered to me. I received no notice. The man claimed he'd consider the cost within the telephone and so I wouldn't have any overdue charges or costs. I gave him my bank information and reduced and see 24 hours later, not just the cost I'd approved within the phone but, two funds have been obtained from my lender, I named again, again couldnot realize the individual on phone, located out they out source their function to Asia, in whatever way they couldnot discover the one cost I'd provided them on phone, desired me to deliver all bank info. Rejected. Carefully he discovered both funds, I questioned him to complete a back cost on my lender, stated he could not get it done, they'd mail-me a sign in a couple weeks, I'm today out nearly a, with no thought if or after I can get my money-back, I'll find a lawyer and small claims court next. Exactly what a wreck. Avoid Capital One!!
