Unauthorized debit card charges

This online organization has billed my charge card and bank card without my permission four-times over a two-year time.

I noted it to my lender and named Privacy Issues. They returned the costs, however place them back on my consideration many months later and again annually later. I terminated my bank card and got a brand new one, but somehow Privacy Issues got my new info on their particular.
