Lpc Card - Low Payment Card
Made up check number to get money out of my account

I was sent a credit card saying i can have a 7500 dollar credit limit to buy stuff out of the catalog but the only way you can activate the card is to pay a 79.00 dollar activation fee so i gave them a check by phone and they was suppose to deduct it a week later but the next day i called them and told them i wanted to cancell and i also called my bank the next day to stop payment on the check so what the company did was make up a check number to get the money out of the bank and when i called them about it the man yelled at me and said they used the check number that i gave them was was not true
