I had originally agreed to try out Fit Factory.com, but after researching, I decided this was not what it seemed. The very next day, I called to have my subscription to be cancelled. This was certainly still within the trial period and over a month ago. While reviewing my bank account statement, I see where this company has charged my checking account $29.95. I find this to be completely unacceptable. I have contacted the company requesting that my money be credited back to my account and I informed them that I have contacted the Better Business Bureau concerning this matter, in light of their history with this same situation. I hope this will be rectified quickly. I urge the public to please be careful and to always research, research, research prior to getting involved with anything.
