I was sent an email on this company and subscribed for the CD for $1.96. The sight registered on gave me a Username: MargaretHobbs601 and Password of: 40165. States on the signup page that I have 7 days to cancel before $75. Will be posted to my account. Tried to cancel on the 7th day, hadn't yet looked at my bank account, by sending an email to [email protected] and the email failed to go through. I got an email in my yahoo account that it had failed. There was no phone number provided to call so I thought I would check my bank account for the transaction for $1.96 to see if there was a phone number and to my surprise there was a charge for $69.95 posted for easyfortune500profits, again with no phone number, only the address of Provo, Utah.
I caled my bank and told them the situation and wanted them to refuse to pay the transaction and they told me that it was still pending and the transaction would have to be completed and then I would have to file a dispute which could take up to 30 day to rectify.
So how do I go about getting my money refunded.
