I completely fear calling the client support point for TCF Bank. 9 out-of 10 occasions, the repetitions are rude & don't completely clarify the solutions for your concerns. Their tone is definitely condescending, and if you contact they behave as if they are doing you a benefit by addressing the telephone. I've a company consideration there and that I certainly regret starting a merchant account there. Please train your call-center team not to use jargon when talking to your visitors.
