Purchased an 5 year old auto from a local auto dealer in 2006. Well Lobel Finanical happen to be the one that financed me, from the beginning I were a little skeptical, due to fact the sales rep that I were handling my sales was very confident in this finance company. However he could not get a ground figure, he continued to calculate his figures of the vehicle yet, he would change and state to me they are asking more. And at the same time he was also getting what he wanted for the vehicle.
The financing and the closing took 7.5 hours to complete Yet, he gave me a figure and I was able to drive the vehicle home. The sales rep stated to me he would put the contract in the mail Well, he never did and argued the issue that he did. When I did go in exolained to him I wasn, t pleased with him nor Lobel and that they both were scheming citizens out of money. The morale of my story is. When he hand me my contract after almost 2 years the terms were not as stated or agreeded, and the amount were totally off and has yet to be compromised or considered. When tried to notify Lobel the reps responded with my terms should be in the contracted you signed and agreeded to.
Lobel is a total rip-off and fraud, the reprresentives are very rude ignorant, and unprofessional its totally useless to try to call in to speak with anyone regardless of the issue or concern. Everyone including the proclaimed management are without profession. I have never in my life had to face off or come in contact with a low rated money hungry company.
I am sure ther are more out here to try and gain prosperity by taking from individuals whom at the time are in need. Yet, they will never prosper its all temporary. I am a very valuable customer, yet, the call a week prior your payment is due harassing all times of hours, any contact numbers you have given, making threating statements to reposessing the vehicle if you are more than 30 days late and the payment isn, t due.
I can not see why anything is that serious, or how anyone could be so heartless and inconsiderate to human life. So, if anyone is considering an auto purchase please, do some finance shopping secaude the stress from Lobel Finanicial isnot worth it.
Consumers please be aware of Lobel and lets not allow any more victims of schemes.
