My family and I were in bad financial situation we had no choice and refinanced our home with Easter Savings bank our rate now is over 12% and we pay 3000 a month on a 245k mortgage. We have hired a company to help us obtain a payment modificatin nothing in depth no cash on the equity nothing but a more reasonable payment... We have been denied and now get close to a foreclosure.
We have written several letters we are a famil who wants to stay in our home and are on the brink of losing it all. This company is heartless, the employees are unethical and mean. They are rude, and just horrible people. One particular is Deb Eagan, this woman is the most mean person I have ever dealt with. We are not deadbeats who don't pay bills and sit around all day waiting for a break we are professionals who just had a hard time like everyone else in this economy. I hope enough people go against this bank and it makes a difference I am going to see an attorney next week.
