Not received gas cards

I too have already been submitting bills since Aug and also have yet to get any gasoline cards, not as the four I'm called too. I've named there customer support quantity 800-514-0366 and was informed these were managing a small behind today after I attempt the amount it simply claims the mail is complete and disconnects.

I've also sent them-and gotten the same, they're focusing on it I ought to obtain them quickly.
