I was charged for two services, that I never authorized. This all took place through the Wu Yi - source.com web site. It has taken me 3 months to finally get a live person # to cancel what they so conveniently charged me for with no authorization. There were 2 charges (4.95 &9.95). The only reason I knew to write you was because when I tried to pull up insidersecret.com all these complaints came up for the same thing. This company is pulling a total scam and I have wasted a lot of time and frustration on something that is nearly impossible to correct. The number only leads you to an internet site that doesn't allow you to do anything. If this company is doing this to all these people, they are making MILLIONS. This is very disturbing!!!
