I also was rejected when attempting to money a check at Walmart. It had been just for $10 and also the check was a refund from Walmart Discover Card. I named Certegy and also the customer support broker stated it seemed the Walmart affiliate keyed in my own birth-date improperly.
Which makes sense in my experience, but I really hope Certegy does not have additional main issues whilst the other issues recommend.
