Unauthorized charges hitting my checking account. According to my bank, when I signed-up for a "Free" Credit Report, I was automatically enrolled and purchased this Identity Theft Prevention that costs $19.95 per month. My account was hit twice. I have no idea what this is or how it works. I used their automated phone service to cancel. Based on some of the other posts I've read, looks like this company has a number of methods to get our money. What can be done to stop this fraud? How can I get my $40 back?
