I have a few vehicles and a few drivers, one of the, just now turned 18. I asked to have my cars insured differently, since 1 is driven all day for work, 1 is driven by an 18yr old and 1 isn't driven at all, but has to be insured by the state, since it's registered.

I asked for the higher rates on the trucks 50K/100K / 100K medical. Costs are going up and I want to be sure if I hit someone, their medical bills WILL be paid! The sitting car, was put to state minimum. Afterall, it just sits 90% of the time.

This incompetant agent does what I ask, but brings ALL my vehicles to the state minimum 25/50/-$2500 (yes, $2500 medical! ~!!!)... It costs me near that much just to SEE a doctor anymore it seems~! I see this, a month later, when I get ANOTHER policy change notice. JEEEZ!

So I call her, tell her 'you screwed up!'. She says 'oh, well I will have to see about fixing that'. And so, it goes, and I finally get the change policy... Along with a bill for MORE money! She backdated the policy change by 2 months! Wrong! ~!!!

I called again and asked WTH is up with this? She said, 'well, they back dated it since it should have been in effect from the day you called and they messed up and dropped all the policies instead of just the one'. I am at this point asking WHY??? This is NOT my fault, this is YOUR fault and WHY am I paying for YOUR mistakes?!?

She said 'uh, let me get back to you on that'. I stopped her and said, 'what you're telling me is that in effect, it's being back dated because that is what it would have cost? She said no.'IT's, what it's costing now because you got a credit of $40 when it cancelled'. Ya. It changed, but not in a credit form. Because it was CANCELLED and DROPPED in RATE and it wasn't a CREDIT, it was ACTUAL CHARGES for the without coverage. No cash to bank credit or anything like that. Just a decrease in payment. DUH!

So now, she tells me that It WOULD have been covered IF I had had an accident at that time, and that is why it has been increased. To cover the lower payment price I paid, plus the increased price back to what it should be. Double whammy!

Let me tell you... NO INSURANCE COMPANY IS GOING TO PAY FOR ANYTHING THAT IS NOT INFORCE AT THAT TIME!!! Regardless of who screwed it up!!!

I have since, called the agency owner and demanded that this agent has nothing to do with my policy ever again and that he himself take care of it personally. He tried to tell me she was only new and learning. Well, when MY money is at risk, NEW doesn't cut it. Especially when I am charged everytime she makes a booboo!!! I am currently demanding a refund of the new penalty inforce charges!

It is NOT my fault that the agent was incompetant and not my fault that State Farm doesn't know how to do their jobs. What IS my fault, is not going with a company that truely cares about their clients.

SHAME SHAME and THANK YOU JESUS for keeping me accident free!
