What is wrong with HSBC - you cannot speak with a US customer service department. I have been out of work since June and have made payments. I was told I could request hardship - it is now a decision to pay for heat or the car. However, Customer Service in Euroasia/phillipines want to know when I am getting a job. PERHAPS HSBC SHOULD HIRE PEOPLE IN THE UNITED STATES!!! There is not even a place to write an email comment - you are forced to speak to these people. God bless america but not hsbc.
