A friend of mine was contacted by a lady named Christina Amber telling her she was qualified for a $5k loan. She was instructed to send $750 to a insurance company named ALTA in canada to cover the loan in case she lost
her job or any other casualties and the $5k would be deposited into her bank account within 1hr of the money gram transfer. Needless to say the money was never deposited and when she called back to NFG Financial Group they told her to speak with the loan officer William Hopper. He then told her that the insurance company ALTA needed $500 more to complete the loan. When
she declined to send the money and demanded a refund on the $750 he saidthere was nothing he could do and hung up the phone! Please people do not fall for this scam!!! NFG Financial Group is a rip-off!!!
