A couple of days ago I received this letter in the mail with "open immeadiately" on the front so of course, I did well to my surprise there was a nice piece of plastic just waiting inside. And then my eyes light up as i see "$6,500" in credit just waiting to be spent and then... I keep reading; first theres a 199 sign-up fee (non-refundable) and then 99 dollars for these supposedly great benefits, then the lady i talk to on the phone when i am signing up has absolutely no clue how to process anything; you can only order from this catalog, but you do get "cash-on-demand"... So lets see you only wanna take 20 bucks out of the bank and you end up taking practically a small loan for about 30 bucks... I have store credit with kinda high interest but something like this is just plain ludacris and someone should put a stop to it
