I have been paying on a Dinning Room Set for about 2 and half years know. Yes I have had trouble as to where I had to skip three payments. I caught up on them. This is what happened; In May my balance was $500.00.in July when I called to start my payments back up it had jumped to $800.00. I said o'k my fault.
This company does not have a way in which you can pay on line so I set up a Bill Pay through my bank. Okinus wanted to charge me $15 extra dollars to do that. Then I told them that I will send my payments through the mail—nope it's $15 for that also. My last result was to pay over the phone which that is $10. I ask them how can I pay you if you are going to charge these extras fees to do so. This company wants excess to my bank account so they can take the money when they want free of charge. I couldn't believe this.
They also love to place late charges onto your account. I paid twice in September; the beginning and the end of the month, in October when I called to pay my bill they wanted to charge me a late fee.
This Company does not send out receipts which is wrong for them not to do. I swear that I will never work with this company again.
