Nick Kelvie, CFO and Bryan Crepeau, COO of the new Paramount Mortgage Funding in Burnsville, MN are the same exact Branch Managers from Source Lending who I personally witnessed outright lie to customers, make wild promises they could never keep and FORGE bank account and verification of employment documents. This greedy team of distructive, lying, and unremorseful loan officers is out for one thing and one thing only, to add more money to their personal bank accounts. They do not care about anything but the almighty dollar and they surely do not care about the people they have been ripping off at Source Lending over the past five years. I have seen both of them laugh at how stupid people are and how easily their clients, with already poor credit, are persuaded into loans they can never afford. Their take on it is, if someone is stupid enough to believe these ridiculous promises, its just a matter of time before someone cashes in on them, why not them?
Do not trust anyone at Paramount Mortgage; they have all been trained under Nick Kelvie and Bryan Crepeau and know only how to railroad innocent people. If you know someone who is thinking of refinancing or funding through Paramount Mortgage, tell them to run the other way FAST!
It is only a matter of time before Paramount Mortgage closes its doors, just as Source Lending has, because of their awful business ethics, or lack thereof.
