Requested an effort and got billed for and consequently billed for item not decided to. Couldn't contact them - delay period was over around 30 minutes to speak with somebody. After I DID eventually cope with (really the spouse waited more than 40 units to consult with somebody) was informed they've more than 5,000 (that is five-thousand emails) within their container. Imagine they did this to some good deal of others also. They have to be halted.
