Had me send $610.00 via money gram, to Canada to secure a $5,000.00 loan, no loan secured, website down, phone # inoperable

Spoke with Peter Marshall who advised he had secured a lender in Canada for a $5,000.00 loan. Advised me to send $610.00 via money gram to Lisa Pattison in Kentville, Canada and $5,000.00 would be deposited in my account within 24 hrs. No money deposit, website down, phone # inoperable, just nothing.
