I obtained a notice from Don Dickerson (who's no further used there) June 21 declaring easily might start a checking account they'd deliver me a $75.00 check within 12 months after I popped the consideration. Our account was exposed on June 24 and stayed effective till July 22 after I shut my consideration, because of WaMu not delivering me the check. On September 30, I talked with Michael Cevellos, who exposed my consideration and he mentioned the main reason I'd not obtained the check was because of the proven fact that the wrong consideration have been placed by WaMu. It was within the Email, which he read in my experience, he mentioned was from WaMu's workplace which was looking after the issue. He explained that I'd get the check within two to three months. I permitted 3 months and named Mr. Cevallos on October 21. He responded he'd take a look and contact me back instantly, which he didn't. 24 hours later, October 22 I named the WaMu department in Deer Park, TX. Concerning the issue and was informed I had a need to consult with Mr. Cevallos, but he wasn't there. I subsequently named the toll-free amount at 1 800-685-1644 and was informed the next "The report continues to be batched for fullfilment". The WaMu consultant stated, that intended the Deer Park WaMu department would need to matter the check, being that's where I popped the consideration. She also mentioned when advantages sent the check it had been not authorized for. No-check was actually shipped by UPS. I've been looking to get the following range for that check, however they have prevented giving me one. I'm a senior and that I feel this can be a inadequate company training for almost any lender to deal with any client in this way...
