They offered me a Visa card with up to 10,000.00 limit, along with a chance to build on my credit rating in exchange for 150.00 deposit. They took my 150.00, and in return sent me a credit card that is useless. It is a fake card with numbers on it, my name, but it is not a valid credit card that I could use to purchace groceries or gasoline. I don't understand how they can do this and get away with it. Now I am out 150.00!
