Ripoff / Bad business practices / deceptive & pushy / won't give money back!

Ok - well prodigy aka encore payment systems contacted me via phone advising me they can save me $ from my existing credit card processor. We receive 10 calls a day like these and I always state that I am not interested. The puchy sales person kept insisting that it was free for me to get my processing fees evaluated and see if the company (encore/prodigy) could save me money.

After being pestered around 20 times I decided to submit my paperwork & see what they could do. After all the paperwork was in I was called & informed that I could save a few dollars a month and I wouldn't have the leasing fee for the equipment because my existing equipment would work fime.

Iwas then contacted by someone to help reprogram my machine/equipment and part of the way thru it was determined that the equipment I had could NOT be used So I was told that I would receive a "loaner" equipment a few days later I received the loaner equipment.

As far as I can tell I haven't been charged for this (just yet anyway's) however I was also told I would have no monthly fee & no annual fee merely "transaction fees" & a percentage taken out per transaction. I however keep getting a statement which states they have debited my account for $95 each month for processing fees this is in addition to my regualr transaction fees and percentage of each sale

I have called the company on various occassions and get no replies. I also get billed for debit cards & I my processor always rejects me using the terminal as a debit and have no choice to run each transaction as a credit - they company refuses to respond to the complaint.

I also was notified today 10/15/08 of a chargeback to my account from August of 08 I provided Encore with the necessary information & signed receipts and I was informed that "per my contract" all of my sales needed to be imprinted. I was not made aware of this and the sales person stated that everything i was able to do with my former processor i could do with them... (which obviously is NOT the case).
