I have been receiving calls from representatives of UCB on my work telephone. I have explained to them several times, that I am not allowed to receive personal calls at work for any reason. They just hang up on me. This has happened several times.
I have explained that I never discuss personal issues over the telephone, and to please put anything they need to say to me in writing and that I will respond appropriately through the mail. I have yet to receive a letter explaining even what the issue is.
I did some research on the company and now realize that they are trying to collect an imagined debt for CitiCard.
Do not ever discuss your finances over the phone under any circumstances.
I am also reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Harassing someone at work is not legal.
