We obtained a statement from United Online Collections Department declaring that people owed $14.90 to Juno, a United Online Organization. We've NEVER handled Juno and now have no idea how the corporation got our target. Whenever we named the toll-free amount, we got an automatic concept providing information on steps to make a cost. There is no choice to consult with somebody live.
Who should we contact to record the corporation? They keep giving people updates that are unacceptable... And that is the issue. We have overlooked the previous few types, but this really is getting very absurd. Please support.
