This is actually the 3rd demand to ensure this 19.95 cost is obtained and returned to me. I haven't auth this reduction from my account. It's been happening since june 30.2008 our wu yi tea has been ended since july/17. Please auth our refund for 19.95 going back 5 weeks. Please this isn't an auth trans.
