I have been searching for Ted Stearns for the last six months ever since he ripped me off for $2600.00 for personal trade lines. He is a liar and thief, and i cannot wait to get to san diego to collect my money back. I hope as many people as possible can get onto usacomplaints.com and read about peice of trash, so that he never has the opportunity to ripoff any one else.
