Investment fraud Did a block trade and never paid for the shares

My company entered into a block trade transaction for stock we owned in a pinksheet company. TPSIC and Christian Fellowship Investment Club completed the paperwork and accepted the shares but have failed to make full payment on a timely manner with regard to TPSIC and Christian Fellowship Investment Club has made no payments to date.
