SIMPLE OFFER ACHIEVEMENT has billed my bill $39.95 after I never purchase or employed their services or products. I had been additionally billed twice for Disc, one for $1.29 & another for $1.00. I never got any Disc. And another chrge for $7.95, I've no idea what that is actually for.
