You must read this! There Are Two Sides to Every Story

We can all appreciate being forewarned about potential scam companies by this website. However, a person using this site to simply vent their anger and frustration because they didn't get their way is unacceptable. EZUnsecured.com does not steal money from anyone and is certainly not a scam. We have many satisfied clients, and as any business, a few clients that are impossible to please. We have done our best to try to work with all of the people that have posted negative comments about our company here. When we have come to them with potential settlement agreements, many of them have stated that they don't even care about the money, they just want to make us pay. Pay for what? The only reason these clients are upset is because they used our service and tried to get out of paying us! That is specifically why we collect a Professional Services Deposit upfront, so that we can be assured that we will be paid somehow in the end.

To inform readers about how our company works, let me give you a basic overview. EZUnsecured.com is not a broker, or a lender, we are Professional Consultants. When a client comes to us in need of a business loan, we analyze every aspect of their individual situation. We pull both their business and personal credit, create a master file and do an expert review and inform them of anything that needs to be corrected that could potentially cause them to be denied by a lender. We coach them through the process of clearing up credit issues. WE CANNOT contact their creditors for them because they will not speak to anyone but the client. (This is another complaint we get - why do I have to do it) We give our clients all of the information they need to dispute and clear up their credit report and offer many hours of time to help each of them through this part of the process. So let's say at this point the client decides to cancel, and they have the right to do that as stated in the contract. If we did not collect a deposit when the client signed up with us, we just did all of that work for free! Does that make any sense? Of course not! ANY business is in business to make money, not to work for free. So now at this point of course the client demands a refund because they say we didn't do anything for them. Well we just spent many hours of time coaching them through the credit repair process! When we inform them that we are not going to give them a full refund, or that we will only issue a partial refund, we end up getting smeared across usacomplaints.com!

But let's say they go through the credit repair process, and continue through to the submission process. This is the part of the process where we actually submit the client to the lenders. We spend the time filling out the application and speaking to the bank on their behalf. This is not just one call; this is talking to many different lenders to pinpoint the right bank and the right product for each client's individual situation. This, again, takes a lot of time and effort from our staff. We usually have to apply for the loans or lines of credit in increments. As we all know, the banks are very careful these days about how much and who they lend to. For that reason, most banks will not give a No Doc loan or line of credit for more than 100K at a time. So now we have spent the time and submitted the client to 3 banks for 100K each. All of the sudden, they think they can get the money on their own because EZUnsecured.com has given them all the information they need, so they want to cancel. Again, they can cancel at any time, but as our contract states, they must follow through with any submissions done prior to their cancellation. Why? Because we have invested a lot of time and effort to get them to this part of the process. Should we do all of this for free and refund all of their money? I don't think anyone can honestly think we should do that. Or even better, the client lies to us and tells us that they were denied for the loan. We require that the client send us a copy of their decision letter within 30 days of their submission. If they do not send it to us, we pull their credit to verify whether or not they were approved. If they have lied to us and we find that they actually did receive the loan or line of credit, we charge their credit card. ALL of our clients submit a credit card authorization form upon signing up with us. The CCA clearly states that by signing the form they authorize us to withdraw funds as they become due! The problem is that people DO NOT read the contract. When we inform them of the stipulations in the contract, they claim that they didn't know that or that they don't care what the contract says. There is nothing unreasonable about our contract and everything is disclosed in writing. We provide the contract so that the client is well informed about every aspect of our services. They sign the contract with us, acknowledging that they have read and understand it, and then they get upset when we adhere to it.

Now let's say that the client goes through the entire process and gets all of the funding they wanted. Now it is time for them to pay us for our services, and all of the sudden the client has fallen off the face of the earth. We have sent them invoices, we have tried calling, we have even tried to email them several times. At this point we have two choices, we can either try to collect the fees from the credit card that they have authorized us to charge, or we can send them to collections. We try to avoid sending anyone to collections if at all possible for obvious reasons. So the best thing we can do is charge the credit card that they have voluntarily given us and authorized us to charge as the fees become due. Of course when they see that we have charged their card, they are upset. But really, they have tried to scam us! Again, we don't steal anyone's money. We are simply collecting the fees that we are entitled to.

I would also like to point out the fact that 3 of the posters on here called us and threatened to post negatively about us on this website if we did not comply with their request for a refund. The homepage of this site clearly states that you cannot do that. This seems like a pattern for these people as far as not reading and following the rules:

YOU MUST NOT call them threatening to file a report if they do not comply with your demands, as this may be construed as blackmail! You must first file a complaint, then fax them a copy, offering them a chance to rectify the wrong that they did to you.

I personally find it very disrespectful that the people who have posted here have included the full names of people that work at our company. We are not trying to hide anything; it is simply a privacy issue. Why is it that they can freely post our full names, but don't have to post their full names? Only putting our first names would have been sufficient.
