Hi ho, hi ho, it's off to Small Claims I go

I applied for a loan online with this company. I was funded. Everything was going fine. I didn't make payment as agreed. Since my company doesn't take the paperwork they sent in and I didn't make payment, they took me to arbitration and won the case. Now I have to go to small claims court. Has anyone else had this happen?
