I paid the $30 dollar fee weeks ago and then received the same notice in the mail again. I received 2 letters of exactly the same one I did weeks ago. I kept all the paperwork that I wasn't supposed to send back in case it was a scam. Which I know it is now. I played into it because I have five children to take care of and was excited to win money so I could give them everything they want so they didn't grow up like I did. I have done this with many other prize winnings in the mail. So now I'm worried that I have lost hundreds of dollars that could have been spent on my children.
