These people are incredible in the way they ignore the law and try a strong handed approach to collections. They do not pay any attention to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and will never stop calling you at work or home.
I have written them and called them and even sent certified mail and they will laugh at you on the phone and yell at you to pay your bill. They are thugs. I have contacted the NJ Attorney General and am attempting to set up an interview on the phone with them. I also have offered to go to NJ to to work with the Attorney General in a case against these people to revoke their license. You will be shocked if they call you, they will laugh at anything you say.
