Looking at ALL the complaints, I see that same senario. Countrywide tells each person to STOP making any payments and they will get in contact with you in 30 days or longer. This is all any attempt to start the foreclosure process. THIS COMPANY MUST BE STOPPED!!!
My husband and I have been through the whole process and the nightmare is still continuing. Is there anyone out there who can stop this company??? Hardworking folks are losing their homes, pride, and mind over late payments and the "mistakes" this company makes, on a daily basis. This type of practice should not be allowed or accepted. I just continue to pray everyday that my family will somehow be able to pull ourselves out of the depths of hell, we have endured for almost two years, while dealing with COUNTRYWIDE. I don't see how those people sleep at night knowing they have conned descent human beings.
