If you are thinking of doing any business with (Jim Graca) or (Michael Wise) buyer beware. Jim Graca owns a company called (Marquest Financial) they like to charge clients up front fees for services ranging from $ 5,000.00 on up to $ 50,000.00 or more. They tell clients this is an advance on commisssion payments or that this is for application fees. Beware the scam is slick and once you pay them you get nothing but BS and Headaches. You will never get any loan or any service from them.
Then there is (Michael Wise) who operates under (Pelican Place Advisors) he also works in conjunction with (Jim Graca and Marquest). Michael is a (Convicted Felon) who swindled investors out of $ 9mm in a large investment scam. He also headed a Savings and Loan that tanked costing investors and shareholders also the government in excess of a billion dollars.
Michael likes to take money from clients and extort them for as much as possible, you will never get anything from him but lies and BS. Michael is a compulsive liar that uses fast talking and smooth lines to rob you blind. He will even take money for appraisals and other expenses and pocket the money.
God Forbid if you catch him lying and ask for the money he suddenly becomes Deathly Ill and forgets how to use his phone. Then there is Jim or likes to think he is in the Mob, he works by Threats and Intimidation.
The only thing you stand to get or gain from working with these clowns is a feeling of getting screwed with a telephone pole that is dried out and splinters.
